WETZEL’S PRETZELS TEAM MEMBER (m/f/d)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn’t a quiet shift.
It’s fast, hands-on and full of energy. From twisting dough to serving customers, everything moves quickly – and that’s part of the fun.
As a Team Member, you’ll be right in the middle of it. Preparing fresh products, serving customers, keeping the store clean and making sure everything runs smoothly from open to close.
No two shifts feel the same.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service
- Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest
- Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently
- Create a welcoming and positive in-store experience
Product Preparation
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Store Operations
- Support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store
Teamwork
- Work closely with your team to ensure efficient service
- Support colleagues during busy periods
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere
YOUR PROFILE
- First experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is a plus, but not required
- Strong team spirit and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- English language skills
