WETZEL’S PRETZELS STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you take full ownership of your store. You are responsible for delivering strong business results, leading your team, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you drive performance through people, process, and product.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Performance Ownership
- Take full responsibility for sales, profitability, and overall store performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement actions to drive growth and efficiency
- Manage labor, cost control, and inventory to meet financial targets
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through local initiatives and execution
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, high-performing team
- Build a culture of accountability, speed, and teamwork
- Lead by example and stay actively involved in daily operations
- Manage performance, provide feedback, and develop future leaders
Operations Excellence
- Ensure flawless daily operations and consistent execution of standards
- Oversee food preparation, product quality, hygiene, and safety
- Maintain efficient workflows in a high-volume environment
- Ensure readiness for peak hours and operational challenges
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service
- Handle customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Build a strong local presence and support community engagement
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven leadership experience in quick-service, fast casual, or retail environments
- Strong operational and commercial mindset
- Ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Hands-on leadership style with high ownership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- English language skills
