STARBUCKS STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager at New Vision Coffee Europe Ltd., you are fully responsible for the success of your store. You lead your team, shape the guest experience, drive commercial performance, and ensure operational excellence every day.


This is not a back-office management role. It is a front-line leadership position for someone who combines business acumen with genuine hospitality, builds strong teams, and takes ownership of results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Financial Leadership

  • Take full responsibility for the store’s sales, profitability, and overall performance
  • Manage key business indicators, budgets, and cost structures with a clear commercial mindset
  • Analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve performance
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, sustainably, and profitably

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a strong and motivated team
  • Build a culture of performance, respect, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Develop future leaders and create clear growth opportunities within the store
  • Lead performance reviews, development planning, and day-to-day people management

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure flawless store operations and consistent compliance with company standards
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, stock awareness, product quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Stay actively involved in daily business and support the team on the floor
  • Make sure the store environment is organized, welcoming, and ready for peak performance

Guest Experience & Local Impact

  • Create an outstanding guest experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
  • Foster meaningful connections with guests and represent the brand with authenticity
  • Drive local initiatives that support sales growth and brand visibility
  • Build positive relationships within the local community where relevant

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, foodservice, or a comparable environment
  • Strong understanding of business performance, cost control, and operational management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Passion for guest experience, quality, and brand building
  • Good English language skills
