STARBUCKS SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m/f/d)

As a Shift Supervisor, you help make that happen.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the store, guiding the team through each shift, keeping standards high and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience. From managing workflow and supporting baristas, to overseeing cash handling and store organisation, you keep everything moving.

You lead by example. Calm under pressure, clear in communication, and always focused on quality.
